Trusted experience helping patients with dizziness, vertigo, and imbalance.
Created by Dr. Kim Bell, PT, DPT
Vestibular physical therapist and creator of The Bell Method®

Your experience may look different, but many people with vertigo share similar patterns and sensations.

You may feel like the room is moving, tilting, or shifting, even when you’re standing still.

Simple movements like turning your head, walking, or riding in a car may trigger discomfort or nausea.

You may feel fullness in your head, difficulty focusing, or a sense that something just isn’t right.

Meet Dr. Bell:
Vertigo Detective®️ with thousands of mystery cases solved!
For years, I struggled with recurring dizziness and vertigo myself. I know how confusing, frustrating, and overwhelming it can feel when you’re searching for answers and not getting them.
That experience led me to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy and dedicate my career to helping people with dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and falls.
Today, I bring over 20 years of clinical experience in vestibular assessment and rehabilitation, working with patients who are searching for answers after months - or even years - of uncertainty.
I’ve developed a comprehensive, root-cause approach called The Bell Method®, shaped by both professional training and personal experience.
I had the pleasure of treating vertigo patients from all over the world in my practice in San Diego. But I realized that many people cannot afford to travel to California to get treated.
This course was created to make that guidance accessible to those who cannot visit in person.
