Foot Therapy Program to Reduce Fall Risk Course

This program is designed for people with foot neuropathy – or peripheral neuropathy, peripheral vascular disease and reduced blood flow to the skin of the feet from normal aging. If you are looking for guidance, tools and exercises to do at home as a complement to the treatment plan, Dr. Bell’s e-course is for you. This multimedia e-course teaches a unique exercise program specifically designed to reduce feelings of unsteadiness, imbalance, “wobbly” walking or unstable gait by exercising the feet and ankles. You will also learn basics about foot health, causes of foot neuropathy, and normal aging of the feet to help you understand how to better take care of feet.
